RailAway AG is a subsidiary of SBB. Since 1999 the company, based in Lucerne, has been promoting public transport and sustainable tourism in Switzerland. By offering a wide range of day trips and special leisure and entertainment offers,  RailAway AG has established itself throughout Switzerland as one of the country’s leading leisure professionals. In addition to dealing with group tours, individual travel and trade fairs, exhibitions and special events, since January 2005 RailAway has also been operating in another strategic area of activity – Incoming Europe.

RailAway Incoming markets the Swiss Railways in Europe. In addition to travel passes (such as the Swiss Travel System and regional passes), RailAway Incoming  offers third-party services such as excursions, with group tours and incentive travel also available. This wide range of services is made possible by excellent networking with about 60 partners all over Europe.
